I’m Chaitanya Sinhar. Over the last two decades I’ve been privileged to lead CSA in creating projects that serve people, communities, and owners with dignity and clarity. Architecture for me begins with understanding — how people move, work, learn, and live. My belief is simple: design must be logical first and beautiful second; everything else follows. Experience taught me that strong services coordination and early integration of interiors save time, cost, and headaches during construction. Whether a home, a school, a hotel, or an industrial complex, my focus is on delivering spaces that feel natural, work efficiently, and stand the test of time.
